Employee Engagement and Change Management Specialist, Senior

Key Role:

Help create an engaging and empowering employee experience by effectively driving change management efforts to support a wide variety of corporate change initiatives across people, process, and technology. Bring bold thinking and thought leadership to developing and executing data-driven and employee-first change management and communications strategies that improve employee awareness, understanding, adoption, and sustainment of corporate changes. Work across multiple diverse teams and complex projects, including guiding internal stakeholders on employee engagement and change management best practices and channels, designing and managing change activities, developing clear and compelling business cases for specific courses of action, crafting messaging that truly resonate across a variety of channels, including e-mail, presentations and decks, video, and digital and showing creativity, sound judgement, exceptional functional expertise, and an unflappable attitude as a trusted advisor.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with leading and developing comprehensive change management, communications, and engagement strategies

-Experience in working with multi-disciplinary project teams, including project management, change management, process improvement, and training

-BA or BS degree in Organizational Development, Communications, or Marketing

-Change Management Certifications

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with developing training strategies and content tailored to individual audience needs and change impacts

-Knowledge of demographics, culture, and channels or leading corporate change management and communications for similar organizations

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including clarity, transparency, and empathy

-MA or MS degree in Organizational Development, Communications, or Marketing
