Job Description
Key Role:
Develop, test, and maintain high-quality prompts for various writing scenarios in our Software as a Service (SaaS) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) solutions. You will also help manage the relevant knowledge bases, ensuring that it is up-to-date, accurate, and relevant for the users. Design and implement prompts for different writing tasks, such as emails, reports, presentations, or resumes. Use natural language processing and generation techniques to create engaging, effective, and diverse prompts. Conduct user research and feedback sessions to evaluate and improve the prompts. Collaborate with other engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver a seamless and intuitive user experience. Oversee the content lifecycle of key knowledge base repositories, including ServiceNow, SharePoint, or Confluence. Ensure that the knowledge base is consistent, reliable, and aligned with the vendor's vision, goals, and requirements. Analyze and monitor the performance and usage of the prompts and the knowledge base. Identify and resolve any issues or errors related to the prompts and the knowledge base. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in natural language processing and generation, including the context of writing assistance or education
- Experience with Python
- Experience with popular NLP frameworks and tools
- Knowledge of linguistic and grammatical concepts and principles
- Knowledge of HTML
- Ability to provide a record of accomplishment of leveraging metrics to produce quality improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Linguistics
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with an Enterprise knowledge management system, including ServiceNow or Microsoft SharePoint
- Ability to be a creative and innovative thinker, with a passion for creating engaging and diverse prompts
- Ability to be a self-motivated and collaborative team player, with a willingness to learn and grow
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
- Possession of excellent writing skills, with an eye for detail and clarity

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
