Key Role:
Aid in the completion of the day-to-day activities of Booz Allen’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Program. Support activities to identify, track, manage and report on the firm’s enterprise risks. Guide risk owners and working teams through a formal risk management framework and process, including development, execution and monitoring of risk mitigation plans. Maintain the firm’s Key Risks Framework and execute the related update process. Assist in the preparation of the quarterly discussion document for the ERM Steering Committee and the quarterly ERM report to the Booz Allen Board of Directors. Identify opportunities to mature and improve the ERM program, including risk sensing, risk assessment, analytics, reporting and metrics. Assist with development and annual planning for ERM activities, budgets and resources. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
