Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) Analyst, Lead

Are you passionate about combining your Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) expertise with big picture business thinking to empower innovation, drive critical missions, and deliver enduring growth and value? As an ESG manager, you will partner closely with ESG leadership to support the development of Booz Allen’s ESG narrative and positioning amongst peers, positively impacting corporate brand and reputation. You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience with sustainability, corporate governance, or Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), including working with clients to align business objectives and corporate purpose with ESG strategy, priorities, and activities

  • Experience with benchmarking performance for corporate growth and business performance and demonstrating alignment of ESG activities to investors, partners, and stakeholders resulting in improved ESG impact

  • Experience with bringing operational rigor to align ESG priorities and business strategic opportunities

  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide integrated and durable solutions

  • Ability to identify gaps in the market and spot opportunities to create value propositions

  • Ability to listen actively and ensure that the right questions are being asked and answered

  • Ability to translate technical advice into succinct, clear, and direct business solutions

  • Ability to execute against clear objectives, priorities, and success metrics and KPIs

  • Ability to communicate clearly through continuous interface with firm leadership, program managers, and other high-level clients

  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with corporate reporting, market research, trend analysis, technical writing, corporate sustainability, or ESG best practices

  • Experience with government contracting, including in a professional services firm

  • Experience in data analysis and building smart and efficient cross-functional processes

  • Knowledge of sustainability, climate risk, and environmental and social issues

  • Ability to demonstrate a passion to make a difference

  • Ability to become a trusted partner and advisor to business teams and senior management

  • Ability to work collaboratively and as a self-starter across a variety of competing priorities

  • Possession of excellent organizational, problem-solving, prioritization, and time management skills

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 120,000 to 160,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
