You Have:

• 4 years of experience in a professional work environment in Ethics, Compliance, HR, or Legal with demonstrated results in driving positive business outcomes
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks and working independently using diplomacy, tact, judgment, discretion, and initiative
• Ability to exercise judgment about when to escalate potential conflicts to a supervisor
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with data analytics and project management
• Experience with internal investigations processes, ethics training, or working in a consulting, regulatory, or government contracting environment
• Possession of oral and written communication skills across various audiences at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
