Key Role:
Leverage extensive experience in Stock Compensation including stock plan design, education, and communication for all company-wide equity programs. Manage stock plan administration providing direction, mentorship, and career development to strengthen equity compensation pipeline. Oversee Executive Compensation Governance including annual proxy statement, materials for the quarterly Compensation, Culture and People Committee meetings, development of other disclosures e.g., 10-K, and awareness of the latest trends, market practice, accounting practices, and regulatory changes. Serve as an internal consultant and strategic partner to an internal leadership team and other stakeholders, including finance, legal, payroll and accounting, investor relations, HR and business leaders across the organizations. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of executive compensation experience in a publicly traded company
4+ years of experience in equity compensation administration oversight, plan design, and participant education
Experience with managing proxy disclosures, including the CD&A
Experience with leading complex projects and presenting findings to executive leadership and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality
Experience with using Microsoft Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to think creatively and collaborating across multiple teams and balance conflicting priorities
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with managing external vendors
Experience in a Workday environment
Ability to manage people and oversee large projects
Ability to engage with senior executives
Master’s degree
CECP or CEP Certification

Salary for this position is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements. The proposed salary range for this position is outlined below.
Colorado: $100,600 - $210,200 (annualized USD)
New York (including New York City): $106,900 - $256,800 (annualized USD)
