Executive Compensation Specialist, Senior

Key Role:

Address executive compensation challenges, such as pay strategies, talent retention, internal compression, and market competitiveness. Serve as an internal consultant and strategic business advisor to an internal leadership team and other stakeholders, including finance, business leaders, legal, tax, and regulatory compliance organizations. Make recommendations and influence the firm's direction regarding executive compensation programs to meet current and future business needs. Drive important initiatives as we continue to evolve and differentiate our executive compensation programs. Ensure executive total rewards support the organization's strategic objectives, identify solutions and opportunities that leverage current industry trends, and help the firm achieve a best-in-class outlook in pay mix practices that improve our competitive position and executive  experience. Present, influence, and advise executives on executive compensation matters, interface and be credible at the executive level, and create and drive a cost-effective employee value proposition (EVP). This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in compensation for a publicly-traded company
  • 5+ years of experience with data analytics, market research, and statistical analysis
  • Experience with broad-based or executive pay architecture and administration applying advanced theories, principles, and concepts to developing solutions to complex projects, including pay mix architecture and differentiated reward programs
  • Experience with compensation surveys, analyses, and program implementations
  • Experience leading complex projects and presenting findings to executive leadership and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to think creatively and collaborating across multiple teams and balance conflicting priorities
  • Bachelor's Degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in a Workday environment
  • Experience in a public company
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including DCAA and dealing with DCAA or any regulatory body on compensation matters
  • CCP or CEP Certification
  • Master’s degree preferred

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is $85,000 to $95,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
