Executive Crisis Management Planner, Lead

Key Role:

Manage internal corporate crisis and emergency management programs. Lead the review and revision of existing plans and procedures and collaborate in cross-functional efforts to develop new plans and procedures to address today's evolving threat environment. Advise and collaborate with executive-level audiences across the enterprise. Obtain stakeholder buy-in and drive revision of joint procedures and crisis management plans. Train, exercise, and effectively implement response activities during a crisis. Coordinate and contribute to the firm's real-world responses. Be able to be quick, flexible, and solution-oriented when challenges are presented.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with the private sector, including crisis management, emergency response, contingency planning or security management
  • Experience with developing, evaluating, and refining emergency response plans and procedures based on industry best practices and standards
  • Experience with playing a leadership role in a corporate GSOC, EOC, or war room environment
  • Knowledge of WebEx, Microsoft Teams, or SharePoint
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities and remain calm during a crisis
  • Ability to leverage strategic relationships and open source information to deliver timely, high-value counsel to business leaders on future threats
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with working in a US private sector corporate security organization
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communications skills
  • BA or BS degree
