The Challenge:
Our Corporate Growth Office is seeking an Executive Level, Technical Solutions Architect to be responsible for developing independent solution alternatives, including price components derived from internal and external modeling; offer competitive solution and price strategies; and architect the development of Bases of Estimate (BOEs). 

As a Technical Solutions Architect, you will develop and articulate competitive technical solution offerings, competitor cost estimates, and competitor pricing strategies to enable informed business decisions about opportunity pursuits.  This individual will utilize data-driven methodologies to articulate and provide technical and price trade-off recommendations for capture and delivery against competitors predicted proposal pricing.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience with developing and delivering technical solutions for Federal Government clients
•  5+ years of experience with developing cost estimates and performing alternate solution analysis and Price to Win assessments  
• Experience with delivering building bases of estimates for a variety of technical solutions, including some of the following: hardware, software, integrated systems, cyber solutions, and complex IT solutions
• Experience with developing BOE’s or leading BOE integration into the Cost Volume
• Ability to communicate competitor technical solutions, cost implications associated with alternative solutions, risk mitigation, and competitive landscape with senior leadership 
• Ability to identify impacts and risks on delivery associated with pricing strategies implemented in the proposal
• Ability to obtain a security clearance 
• BA or BS degree 

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with developing and using Work Breakdown Structures
• Experience with developing an Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Experience with developing auditable BOEs referencing actuals from previous similar efforts
• Experience with cost estimation tools, including SEER for Software (SEM) and SEER for IT or other parametric estimators
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly relating to communicating BOE design and development tied to alternate solution approaches
