FEDSIM Proposal Staffing Consultant, Senior

Key Role:

Lead the development of staffing strategy and staffing approaches for government proposals featuring hundreds of full-time equivalent staff. Work with contract delivery teams to understand the skills required to perform potential future work and code these skills by labor categories used on applicable government contracts. Analyze the staffing rationale in multiple dimensions, including task, sub-task, and contract year. Consult with technical solution leads to understand and develop the quantitative staffing solution at the task and sub-task level over multiple years using the appropriately determined skillsets. Use analytical skills with quantitative toolsets to produce accurate and complete proposal products concerning the staffing solution and rationale.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with government proposal development, including in staffing or pricing analysis

-Experience with tools used to analyze and exhibit staffing and manpower data, including Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access

-Experience with developing staffing strategy and rationale in the hundreds of full-time equivalents

-Ability to comprehend a problem and work as part of a team to develop an optimal solution from a proposal standpoint

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in working with technical teams to assess requirements and convey into total proposal solution

-Experience with working on solutions in an assisted acquisition environment, including FEDSIM

-Ability to communicate multi-step and interdependent activities effectively to capture teams and ensure efficient execution of captured efforts
