FEDSIM Transition Plan Lead

Key Role:

Work as a key lead in developing content and documenting transition-in plans for large-scale, strategic proposal efforts involving hundreds of full-time equivalent staff and complex facility requirements. Consult with contract delivery teams to understand and optimize transition-in approaches for proposals. Leverage business development and functional expertise to develop and propose investments suitable for a proposal and aligning these investments with business needs relating to the proposal effort.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with government proposal development, including in the solution space

-Ability to work as part of an integrated account and opportunity capture team in a matrixed organization with a collaboration and a team-centric culture

-Ability to understand a problem and work as part of a team to develop an optimal solution from a proposal standpoint

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with working on solutions in an assisted acquisition environment, including FEDSIM

-Ability to communicate multi-step and interdependent activities effectively to capture teams and ensure efficient execution of captured efforts
