Finance Senior Manager

Key Role:

Lead Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function for the firm’s Enterprise Organizations (EO). Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and control the FP&A organization providing integration and coordination over the firms planning, forecasting and reporting and analytics processes. Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the firm. Provide oversight over the EO annual planning process and continue to incorporate innovative ideas and best practices. Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends. Oversee corporate forecast for the business, incorporating detailed forecast and analysis data collected and developed in partnership with the three Business Groups. Drive integration of technology into financial business processes to drive efficiencies. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in leadership in the accounting and finance function of a high performing, professional services provider

  • Experience leading an FP&A function with detailed exposure to best practices with annual planning and financial analysis

  • Experience managing financial operations of a services business

  • Knowledge of Oracle or ERP accounting systems

  • Ability to drill down into the details when needed as a hands-on finance executive who has ascended the ranks and can advise, direct and lead a team in a collaborative hands-on manner

  • Ability to identify, recruit, motivate, coach, develop, and retain a strong team

  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

  • Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in finance and accounting with a government services provider

  • Experience leading an FP&A function for a government services provider

  • Possession of communication and presentation skills both verbal and written, with executive presence

  • Master’s degree preferred
