Finance Subaccount Lead

Key Role:

Interface with senior leadership to cultivate and implement strategies at the subaccount level to drive financial performance in alignment with account goals as a key member of an internal group. Leverage comprehensive understanding of full life cycle program and contract financial management at the subaccount level and facilitate collaboration across corporate and business program organizations to prevent and mitigate risks proactively. Manage the subaccount program control team and maintain responsibility for resource management, training, and people management. Enjoy a role with a broad span of exposure that touches upon current financial performance, labor and expense management, key contract dynamics, cash collection and DSO management, finance people management, program management, Green Team strategic support, EAC review, unbillable review and approval, forecasting, contractual compliance issues, and subaccount and large program PMR and IPR support. Due to the nature of the work preformed in the facility, US citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with program or project control or financial analysis and reporting in a large corporate organization

-Experience with serving as a trusted advisor and partner to senior leadership on all financial matters and summarizing and socializing financial snapshots to help enable leaders to achieve their strategic and operational goals

-Experience with budget management, cost benefit analytics, forecasting, planning, risk adjudication, and financial analysis

-Experience with the development of ad hoc analysis to support internal client groups

-Experience with data collection and management of account reserves and trend identification, including DSO, A/R, milestone reserves, and MWA monitoring

-Experience with training and developing high performing finance team members

-Ability to oversee bottom up forecast review and variance analysis

-Ability to comprehend and manage full P&L, including revenue and cost levers and downstream impacts

-Ability to serve as the portfolio and programmatic risk management SME and mitigate contractual compliance issues

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-BA or BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred; MA or MS degree a plus
