Key Role:
Serve as a finance business partner to Booz Allen's infrastructure for Enterprise Solutions Group (ESG) leadership in all financial matters for operating budgets. Perform financial analysis through annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial management reporting, conduct accruals and ad hoc analysis, and present briefings to vice presidents and partners within ESG. Collaborate with staff across the finance community to inform cost drivers, trends, and their relationships within the firm’s infrastructure. Leverage prior knowledge of government contracting, experience with financial management tools, and cursory comprehension of key regulations, including FAR, CAS, and DFARS. Provide consulting services on complex financial and business matters or analyses of large data sets, assess company-wide financial impacts from business decisions, and deliver timely, succinct, and accurate financial guidance. Lead and support process improvement activities to enhance current operational responsibilities to meet client needs and expectations.
Basic Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience with analyses and financial modeling
-Experience with reporting and presenting operations or business results to management or clients
-Experience with Microsoft Excel, including the extensive use of formulas
-BA or BS degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with government contractors and key regulations, including FARs,
CAS, and FARS
-Experience with business intelligence tools, including Hyperion
-Ability to establish credibility with home team leadership while building excellent working relationships
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent collaborative, presentation, and analytical skills
-MBA or MA or MS degree in Business or Finance
