Global Employer Brand Lead

The Challenge:

If you are passionate about candidate attraction and experience, Booz Allen has the role for you! We are looking for a Global Employer Brand professional who will lead and support the development, delivery, and execution of our employment brand strategy and programs across the firm.

In this role, you will be the firm’s subject matter expert on employer brand. You’ll drive our messaging and collateral, including physical and digital branding assets, manage our talent brand footprint, including career site and social media channels, and support go-to-market candidate attraction branding strategies for our traditional and non-traditional recruitment channels. We have exciting projects planned in persona development, EVP deployment, job description transformation, and video and immersive experiences. Your relationship management and influence skills will be critical, as you will closely partner with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders, including marketing and communications and people services, to ensure overall brand consistency, while working to distinguish Booz Allen as an employer of choice in the technical and management consulting industry.  It’s an exciting time to join our global candidate attraction team. This position is in McLean, VA however, remote delivery will be considered. Reports to Global Talent Acquisition Leader of Candidate Attraction & Experience.

You Have:

-3+ years of experience with employer branding, including firm-wide responsibilities

-3+ years of experience with developing and delivering branding assets, including both digital and non-digital

-3+ years of experience with managing web presences and social assets

-3+ years of experience with creating and curating content and messaging

-Experience with video development and delivery

-Knowledge of persona and EVP development and delivery

-Knowledge of project management

-Ability to lead people, work in a matrixed environment, and be a team player with a drive to create a collaborative, positive, and inclusive work environment

-HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

-BA or BS degree

-Experience with working in the IT industry

-Experience in working in a Fortune 500 company with a complex matrixed organization structure and business model

-Experience in working with government or security cleared talent

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentations and influencing others
