Key Role:

Perform a key role within the firm's corporate controller's group. Support internal compliance function for Booz Allen Hamilton’s contractor business systems. Maintain responsibility for administering testing, performing analysis, and recommending improvements to policies and procedures. Work within a matrix team to foster collaborative relationships with the process owners and first-line of defense teams. This position is open to temporary remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with government acquisition procedures or contract cost accounting, including Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS), and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)

-3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

-1+ years of experience with responding to government audit requests or internal audits

-Ability to work collaboratively on a matrix team and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders

-Ability to write technical documentation for processes and procedures and perform data analysis and draw conclusions

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Deltek Costpoint, Microsoft Access, Tableau, SQL, Visual Basic, and Python

-Knowledge of DFARS business systems and internal controls

-Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent independent research, leadership, and interpersonal skills
