Job Description
Key Role:
Leverage attention to detail and organization to ensure consistent delivery of key processes and initiatives across the compensation and recognition team. Leverage appropriate project or process management methodology to enable well-managed, consistent delivery while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement and rigorous process design and documentation. Support the development, maintenance, and active storage of team project and process documentation, including Project Plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process overviews and important artifacts, including Slick Sheets, FAQs, job-aids. Organize and facilitate team planning, including project plans and recurring planning sessions and support the development and maintenance of team roadmaps. Administer annual recognition budgets for recognition programs, including the facilitation of transfers between budgets, as needed. Support the creation of recognition program collateral, including communications, education, training, and intranet content. Administer awards programs, including shipment of gifts to employees and complete testing of the awards and recognition platform (UAT), as required. Maintain and extract regular recognition reports, perform basic data analysis to identify recognition trends, and offer recommendations for improvement. Serve as a subject matter expert by providing day-to-day solutions to any challenges in the awards platform or reporting.
Basic Qualifications:
2 years of experience with program or project management
Experience with using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with working through Human Resources or People Services processes
Ability to think creatively, collaborate across multiple teams, and balance conflicting priorities
Ability to document system and non-system processes
Ability to analyze and use data to formulate and communicate recommendations
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with using Workday
Experience with managing external vendors
Experience with Agile delivery using Scrum or Kanban methodologies
Experience with using feedback, data, and metrics to recommend areas for continuous improvement
Experience with recognition platforms, including Workhuman
Ability to deliver client-ready presentations
Ability to identify impediments and resolve appropriately using network of peers and formal channels, including escalation, as required
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
