Key Role:
Lead and engage in discussions with internal and external stakeholders, including tracking action items and technical tasks, working alongside programmatic and technical teams to deliver results in line with the project schedule. Serve as the main point of contact for week to week execution for particular cyber capability deployments for particular agencies, with the understanding there might be the need to surge and assist with other agencies and capabilities on an ad-hoc basis. Work collaboratively with technical teams to steer the deployment of cyber capabilities to a variety of agencies simultaneously, leading to the deployment and transition of these capabilities to agency teams. Develop robust documentation in concert with technical and project management staff in line with the program’s systems engineering lifecycle. Assist with managing RFS project scope, schedule, risk, and quality delivery of capabilities, services, or deliverables associated with the client. Input and manage risks, schedules, and task-related documentation in the program risk register and ensure risks are appropriately facilitated and communicated through various mediums, as defined by the program. Iterate and embrace change in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Experience with cyber technologies and capabilities such as continuous monitoring, incident response, cloud and mobile capabilities, on-going assessment, network access control, and threat hunting.
Experience with FEDRAMP, ISCM strategy, FISMA compliance, and other cyber policies
Experience with Forescout, IBM BigFix, Splunk, RSA Archer, Carbon Black Protection, Tenable Nessus, and Elasticearch a plus
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently
MA or MS degree in related field
PMP, Security +, CISSP, CISM, or related certifications
