Intelligence Analyst, Junior

Key Role:

Work under oversight to use behavior analytics to identify and mitigate potential risks. Organize, structure, and analyze large amounts of data from multiple data sources. Write analytic reports to support the analysis of potential risks and mitigation strategies. Maintain a high level of detail, organization, and problem-solving expertise. Collaborate on potential risks with internal groups, including employee relations, law department, and security services, as necessary.

Basic Qualifications:

-1+ years of experience with intelligence analysis or specialized all-source intelligence analysis

-Experience with analytic report writing

-Experience with database usage

-Experience with statistical analysis

-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including intermediate proficiency in Excel

-Ability to multitask and make decisions based on various contextual data sets

-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree or 5+ years of experience with intelligence analysis or specialized all-source intelligence analysis in lieu of a degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with investigations, counterintelligence, risk analysis, security, and law enforcement

-Experience with open source intelligence (OSINT) or human intelligence (HUMINT)
