International Benefits Specialist

Key Role:

Serve as liaison for international employee inquiries pertaining to the international benefits and global leave offerings. Utilize vendor account management resources to research complex employee issues for resolution in a timely manner. Maintain international communications and collateral pieces to include updates and enhancements of international offerings, projects, and initiatives. Manage and update intranet content for international benefits and leave offerings by country. Perform global pension management to include employee enrolment, assessment, contribution upload and reconciliation for finance. Administrate leaves and audit process in collaboration with the labor and accounting team. Support the annual renewal and open enrollment processes. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with benefits administration with international exposure
  • Experience in finance
  • Experience with demonstrating collaborative behavior, anticipating customer needs, and flexibility to change
  • Experience with Workday and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of ACA, ERISA, GDPR, and HIPAA, and awareness of socialized insurance and pension scheme governance compliance requirements
  • Bachelors degree

  • Ability to leverage demonstrated problem solving and analytical expertise
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and implement multiple projects simultaneously
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentations

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
