Knowledge Manager, Senior

Key Role:

Use expertise to conduct predictive modeling, statistics, trend analysis, and other data analysis techniques to collect, explore, and identify the right data to be analyzed from internal and external sources, to explain or predict customer behavior and solve a variety of business problems. Collaborate with business analysts to find patterns and relationships in data. Support building predictive models using data tests the model on results outside of the sample size and verifies the model in the real world. Collaborate with clients to modify or tailor existing analyses or reports to meet their specific needs. Participate in management reviews, including presenting and interpreting analysis results, summarizing conclusions, and recommending a course of action and implements recommendations with cross-functional communication. Implement operational policies within the area managed. Provide work leadership to junior employees.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in consulting
  • 4 years of experience in data analysis and methodological research experience supporting IC collection or analytic issue assessments
  • 3 years of experience in the Intelligence Community (IC)
  • 3 years of experience in designing and developing databases and other applications on IC computer networks
  • Experience in data extraction, parsing, manipulation, and storage, quantitative and qualitative analysis based on a large volume of data from various IC databases
  • Knowledge of developing custom database scripts, queries, and graphical interfaces related to IC priority or requirement management systems
  • Ability to communicate information to a senior executive audience in verbal or written formats
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
  • BA or BS degree 

 Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with using Tableau to blend and analyze data from various sources
  • Experience with data analysis and methodological research supporting IC collection or analytic issue assessments
  • Experience with designing, testing, and managing IT tools to support assessments using IC data
  • Experience with big data processing frameworks such as Spark
  • Knowledge of intelligence priority topics and the supporting intelligence information needs

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
