Leadership Development Learning Manager

Key Role:

Design, develop, implement, and support the firm’s leadership development programs and interactive e-learning experiences and facilitate in-person and virtual leadership programs and sustainment events. Assess leadership development needs and improve content and processes to ensure programs remain relevant and impactful. Manage design and operational aspects of various leaderships programs, including budget forecasting and tracking for multiple curriculums, program risk management, communication, diagnostics, and vendor management. Maintain, track, and report on goals, progress, and program metrics. Manage internal and external senior stakeholders, including relationship building and communication. Collaborate across teams and levels with leaders, stakeholders, internal clients, and colleagues to execute programs. Demonstrate ability to deliver against the entire suite of leadership offerings and ensure the services offered align to learner and business needs and adhere to the highest standards of quality, as needed. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in the design, development, delivery, facilitation, and evaluation of Leadership Development programs and experiences, including applying expertise in eLearning design and development authoring tools

  • Experience in new and existing learning delivery methods, including ILT, vILT, online learning, webcasts, mobile, social, video, and microlearning

  • Experience with Instructional Design (ISD)

  • ​Experience in program management with increasing levels of responsibility

  • ​Experience with managing stakeholder relationships successfully

  • Ability to manage people and projects by applying best practices, tools, processes, and resources necessary to achieve results

  • Ability to communicate persuasively and effectively to influence decisions

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a complex environment with competing deadlines

  • Ability to lead small and matrixed teams and work through others

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of business operations and budget management

  • Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills

  • Master's degree in Adult Learning, Organizational Development, or Human Behavior

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 115,000 to 135,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
