Talent Assessment Lead, Senior Manager

Key Role:

Serve as the strategic Talent Assessment Lead responsible for diagnosing, designing, and delivering key initiatives. Lead leadership talent assessment strategy that helps Booz Allen ensure it has the leadership it needs to execute on its global growth strategy. Lead large strategic transformational talent projects. Analyze talent data and develop actionable insights to inform firmwide strategy and drive improvements in leadership decision-making. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience as a business-focused, strategic professional in the human capital field

  • Experience in data analytics, analyzing complex human capital data sets, and deriving actionable insights to solve problems 

  • Experience leading talent assessment practices and executing strategy from design through implementation

  • Experience using reliable and valid assessments and tools to measure ability, leadership potential, and characteristics for development, selection and hiring, talent planning, and talent management processes

  • Experience presenting data using a variety of visualization and dashboard tools

  • Ability to provide observations and insights based on quantitative and qualitative trends

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders

  • Ability to drive and manage change

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Possession of excellent collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Master's degree in Business or Industrial/Organizational Psychology
