Key Role:
Manage and execute leadership talent planning and calibration activities within the Groups and Accounts. Provide delivery support for enterprise and Group-specific talent development priorities in alignment with the overall firmwide leadership talent management strategy. Serve as the practice lead for one or more of leadership talent management practice areas including assessment strategy, talent metrics and analytics, talent management technology and tools, succession management, career frameworks and plans, and leadership archetypes. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
-6+ years of experience in delivering talent management processes within business units
-Experience with creating executive level presentations and socializing process and philosophy changes with leaders
-Experience in working with senior leaders, building trusted relationships, and pushing back where appropriate
-Experience with influencing to agreed-upon outcomes and approaches with key talent insights about individual leaders and performance in the context of the client’s market, account, or business group
-Knowledge of talent life cycle and cascading impacts of decisions
-Ability to use metrics confidentially for decision-making
-Ability to diagnose and consult with senior leaders in order to drive equitable results
-Ability to coordinate and consult with other People Services teams and colleagues to facilitate seamless communication and activity within Accounts
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience in related talent development field such as leadership development, learning and development, or training
-Experience in project management and change management
-Knowledge of Human Resources disciplines, including competency modeling, performance management, recruiting, and onboarding
-Ability to navigate concurrent demands and evolving priorities
-Ability to provide key leadership talent insights for the client’s market, account, or business group
-Ability to be collaborative and results oriented, take an enterprise view, and partner with multiple stakeholders to achieve desired results
-MBA, MA, or MS degree in Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, or other Human Resources, business management, HR talent consulting, or education-related field
