Learning Experience Architect, Senior

Key Role:

Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-wide or otherwise complex learning needs which are focused on upskilling employees for the future. Partner with internal customers to accurately identify root problems and employ design thinking in developing solutions which will drive business outcomes. Manage content portfolio for self-directed and targeted learning initiatives. Drive and secure partner relationships within content portfolio. Manage full life cycle of learning programs. Scale learning solutions while maintaining high quality delivery bar. Evangelize learning service offerings across the firm and demonstrate outcomes with data that tells a compelling story. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience designing content and delivering learning initiatives in an applied setting as part of a team

  • Experience working human capital consulting, talent strategy, and developing learning products

  • Experience using technical acumen across cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, Google, and DevOps

  • Experience supporting technical clients and their workforce development needs

  • Experience working with learning technologies, including LMS/LXP

  • Ability to develop and share business intelligence

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Possession of excellent analytical skills

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 110,000 to 120,0000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
