Learning and Development Consultant

Key Role:

Designs, implements, and evaluates an organization's learning courses and programs. Applies basic principles, theories, and concepts, and limited industry knowledge. Solves routine problems of limited scope and complexity, and refers more complex issues to higher levels. Works under direct supervision. This position is open to temporary remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience working in Learning and Development

  • Experience in Customer Service and data analysis

  • Experience with virtual collaboration web tools and Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, or Access

  • Experience analyzing data with complex reporting and dash-boarding

  • Experience in project and time management, working in a fast-paced environment with a multi-dimensional role

  • Knowledge of LMS or LXP platforms, and the integration of learning content with these platforms

  • Ability to deliver a positive client service experience

  • Ability to apply Analytical Skills to perform with accuracy and apply attention to detail

  • Ability to learn new technologies and applications

  • Bachelor's degree

Compensation:

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is $40,000 to $60,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
