Learning and Development Ethics and Compliance Curriculum Lead

Key Role:

Serve as a curriculum manager for Ethics and Compliance and Security training programs. Design and develop highly engaging, interactive learning solutions, and apply industry-standard methodologies, including ADDIE, SAM, and Agile to the full life cycle of course development in an established process by developing a course needs assessment, program strategy, course design, implementation, and evaluation. Manage and ensure the timely completion of specific and defined multi-discipline learning programs. Design and develop complex level interactive course-ware and serve as an internally recognized manager in the learning and development team. Develop and nurture client relationships and work closely with clients and subject matter experts to develop and implement learning strategies, programs, and processes. Leverage project and vendor management experience, including identifying, qualifying, selecting, and monitoring vendors and suppliers through final delivery. Due to the nature of the work performed within this facility, US citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience with performing, designing, developing, and implementing instructor-led and eLearning products
  • 6+ years of experience with managing large scale programs focused on learning and development, human capital or people programs, with excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Experience with managing vendors in support of learning solution design, development, and delivery
  • Experience with learning technologies including Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
  • Experience in designing and implementing learning programs using social, mobile, gamification, and micro-learning
  • Experience with providing leadership in a collaborative and matrix environment, ability to build consensus, and ability to build solid cross-functional relationships
  • Experience in presenting and interacting with senior leaders in a consultative manner
  • Ability to analyze and de-conflict information from a variety of sources to form instructional sound course content
  • Ability to create supporting course documentation, including design documents, storyboards, art style guides, and learning objectives
  • BA or BS degree

  • Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
  • MA or MS degree in HR, Instructional Design, Learning, or related field
  • ATD Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
  • Instructional Design Certification
