Learning and Development Program Lead

Key Role:

Lead our learning and development program for our Contracts, Procurement & Pricing (CP&P) organization. Analyze a comprehensive set of learning and development solutions to help onboard, engage, and retain high-performing talent. Design multi-modal solutions based on the needs of the culture, business and learner. Focus on professional development and work training solutions across all staff levels within the CP&P organization. Analyze and execute solutions as designed, but also consistently seek opportunities for improvement, including content and learner experience. Lead and manage our CP&P learning and development solutions. Due to the nature of the work performed in this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in assessing training needs, designing, implementing and managing learning and development solutions and programs
  • Experience designing and delivering multi-modal solutions, including virtual instructor-led, self-paced e-learning, microlearning, informal learning, coaching, mentoring and blended learning
  • Experience creating project plans, identify key stakeholders, define criteria for success, create metrics to track program progress, and effectively manage scope, teams, and deadlines
  • Experience managing projects from conception to implementation and running with multiple projects with challenging timelines, resources and priorities
  • Ability to present to, interact, and engage professionally with individuals across job functions and at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to navigate change and ambiguity
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a willingness to flex up and down to support both hands-on tactical work and strategic thinking
  • BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the government contracting industry or in a mid-large size company with a geographically distributed workforce
  • Experience in learning development tools (Articulate 360 suite, video/audio editing tools, PowerPoint, graphic design)
  • PMP, ATD, or ICF certification is preferred
