Key Role:
Provide instrumental quantitative measurement and analysis support for assigned programs and projects in support of the Corporate Quality Program. Assimilate multiple types of data, connect them appropriately, and ask relevant questions related to the data and associated processes proactively. Evaluate and communicate the outcomes of quantitative measurement activities to stakeholders to ensure a clear and consistent understanding of expectations and required actions. Analyze and measure data, including root cause analysis concepts and support the development of process performance baselines and statistical models. Identify targeted improvements and assess the status of performance objectives. Evaluate results for continuous improvement. Develop and deliver training on project-specific measurement processes. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience in practical statistical and quantitative analysis techniques with tangible benefits and outcomes, including control charts, correlation, or standard deviation
-5+ years of experience with root cause analysis driven by quantitative and statistical analysis and data
-Experience with systems delivery life cycles
-Ability to author complex documents describing and visualizing analytical results
-BA or BS degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or Mathematics
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with process definition and training development
-Experience with Agile
-Experience with the CMMI model
-Experience with Lean Six Sigma
-Experience with Python or R to perform data analysis, mining, and data visualization
-Ability to use critical thinking to solve problems
