Key Role:
Perform administrative and support duties for a large enterprise Microsoft Teams environment, including design, system evaluation and analysis, change management, and customer support. Design solutions to increase service efficiency and perform duties that require expertise in Microsoft Teams telephony and endpoint support. Communicate technical information to multiple audiences with varying levels of expertise. Monitor the services and lead or participate in troubleshooting incidents. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with advanced troubleshooting in Microsoft Teams meetings and equipment
Experience with PSTN calling, conferencing, and other calling solutions in Microsoft Teams
Experience with Teams administration and reporting for a large organization
Experience with enterprise level Change Management process
Knowledge of M365 and Collaboration technology stack
Knowledge of Call Quality Dashboard and Quality of Experience Report (QER)
Knowledge of voice and video, and associated technologies, including Microsoft Skype, Microsoft Teams, telecommunications, and network engineering
Ability to work collaboratively with others, take the initiative to troubleshoot issues, and offer guidance and recommendations for improvements
Ability to participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support
HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
Experience in voice and video, and Audio and Video technologies, including Microsoft Skype, Microsoft Teams, telecommunications, and network engineering
Experience with implementing governance and life cycle management for Microsoft Teams
Knowledge of networking, DHCP, TCP/IP, DNS, subnetting, and firewalls
Ability to utilize tools such as PowerShell scripting, Power Platform, or Graph API to automate business processes
Ability to support Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online
Microsoft Teams Administrator certification or Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,400.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.EEO Commitment
