Network Operations Center Engineer

Key Role:

Monitor and troubleshoot incident management of the network and services in a 24x7 fast-paced environment. Monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure quick resolution of all problems with the network, infrastructure, and services offered by our organization. Troubleshoot and resolve customer and services issues in a timely and efficient manner using various networking tools. The position requires working in a shift-based environment. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience in a technical operations environment

-Experience with technical customer support

-Knowledge of Linux and UNIX, Windows, and Networks

-Ability to apply fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments

-AA or AS degree
