Organizational Transformation and Change Strategist

Thankfully, that’s what you do: improve the systems that move entire organizations forward. It’s why we’re looking for someone like you—an organizational transformation and change consultant who can help identify long term goals and support the creation of the processes needed to achieve them. 

This is an opportunity for you to use your expertise and build skills in transformation and change management to examine complex organizations and make recommendations for improving business processes, talent experience, and change management practices. You will help guide cross-functional organizations through change. As an organizational transformation and change consultant, you’ll use your skills to help your team and clients navigate through change in complex and fast-moving environments.

You Have:

  • Experience in change management, organizational development, culture change, process design or development, or cross-functional transformation

  • Experience with creating or editing program management and change management materials

  • Knowledge of how organizational design, organizational culture, or business process improvement support organizational mission   

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience in talent management and talent development

  • Experience in working with Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or Engineering teams

  • Experience with digital transformations, IT modernizations, or IT transformations

  • Possession of excellent analytical skills

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Master's degree

  • Change Management, Human-Centered Design, Design Thinking, Organizational Transformation, or Project Management certification

  • Security+, Agile, or DevOps certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
