Key Role:
Lead a portfolio of high profile technology corporate partners. Integrate the Partner offerings into the firm’s existing business development pipeline and working with our business sectors to identify key opportunities to pursue together. Develop and execute partnership strategies to include co-development, marketing, training, and strategic engagements. Interact with leaders throughout the firm to coordinate go to market plans with the partners in your portfolio. Lead your team and provide career direction and coaching on relationship management, government consulting, and consulting skills to help grow and advance the team. Work with the broader office of the CTO to help drive new business ventures and strategic initiatives within the firm.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with business development and delivery, focusing on relationships with market-aligned organizations
Experience consulting within the Government Services or Information Technology industry
Knowledge of market analysis, business strategy, solution marketing, partnering, alliance relationships, or channel development
Ability to translate complex content needs into clear, engaging narratives that make logical and strategic connections and create measurable results
Ability to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and scope
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with Innovation, Research, and Development planning
Experience with start-up culture
Knowledge of Cloud Architectures and Agile Development
Ability to work cross-functionality in a highly matrixed organization
