Key Role:
Serve as the Personnel Security Operations, Senior Manager for the firm’s consolidated personnel security and public trust processing operations. Oversee daily operations, including processing of prescreening interviews, initial and periodic reinvestigation and continuous evaluation requirements for classified government contracts. Manage indoctrinations, debriefs, crossovers, reinstatements, fingerprint processing, coordination between our employees and government agencies. Manage a team of over 30 personnel security specialists. Assess impediments to firm and government clearance and public trust processes and advise senior firm leadership on solutions and approaches to eliminate those impediments. Implement Personnel Security transformational efforts that align with future government plans.
This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Personnel Security and Industrial Security
Knowledge of National Industrial Security Policy Operating Manual, Intelligence Community Directives, and DoD Personnel Security Policies and Procedures
Knowledge of Public Trust and Fitness regulations
Knowledge of the federal security clearance background investigation and adjudication processes across various agencies
Secret clearance required
HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
Ability to negotiate positive outcomes and make clear and convincing recommendations for policy and procedural changes
TS/SCI clearance
BA or BS degree preferred
Clearance:
