Power Platform Developer, Mid

Key Role:

Work closely with job leader and internal clients to develop, research and implement solutions across the Power Platform. Identify opportunities for process improvement and customize, maintain, and integrate firm’s internal Dynamics 365 CE system with other aspects of the Power Platform as well as larger Microsoft ecosystem, including Power BI, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate/Flow. Develop new canvas apps and flows to automate sales and business operations

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience with delivering Microsoft Dynamics, Power Apps, Power Platform, or SharePoint solutions to meet the client’s mission including administration, configuration, customization, integration, testing, training, and UI/UX enhancements

  • Experience with JavaScript

  • Experience with integrating solutions with Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) products using Web service and application programming interface (API) techniques

  • Ability to collaborate with team members

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM/365 solutions

  • Experience with using business intelligence tools, including Tableau or Power BI to build complex reports than enable decision-making

  • Experience with process documentation and improvement

  • Knowledge of Cloud, security, infrastructure, databases, and networking

  • Knowledge of UI/UX concepts

  • Ability to maintain productivity and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-focused work environment characterized by ambiguity, rapid change, minimal lead times, and multiple competing priorities

  • Ability to effectively manage and execute multiple tasks, projects and priorities simultaneously

  • Microsoft Dynamics Certification or Power Platform Certification

  • Microsoft Certified Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400), Microsoft Certified Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200), or Microsoft Dynamics 365+ Power Platform Solution Architect (MB600)
