Price to Win Lead

Key Role:

Lead complex pricing strategy and cost engineering in service to Booz Allen’s Business Development function for corporate designated priority intelligence community (IC) and DoD related acquisition opportunity pursuits. Assist with winning pricing strategies that identify the highest winning price by balancing cost elements and financial performance objectives with competitor strategies and technical client requirements. Leverage exceptional strategic thinking and teamwork capabilities, excellent comprehension of business development functions, capacity to communicate, and synthesize multi-step and interdependent activities effectively to capture management, pricing, and market and account execution leadership teams. Lead, manage, and simultaneously close multiple opportunity pursuits. Leverage comprehension of pricing strategy recognized as a trusted advisor to multiple senior leaders and thought leaders. Assist team with pursuing opportunities and developing capture and pricing strategies, analysis of cost elements and integration with larger financial performance objectives, competitive assessments, client buying, and spending trends, data synthesis, and win strategies. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, US citizenship is required.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience with multi-discipline solutions for government clients in the intelligence community and defense space

  • 3+ years of experience with price strategy, cost volume lead, or business development

  • 3+ years of experience in weekly interaction with the VP level and above

  • Experience with developing and maintaining effective internal business relationships, including leading a business, account portfolio, or business development function

  • Experience with participating in large, strategic planning initiatives

  • Experience in functional price modeling capability with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to lead opportunity pursuit teams and internal stakeholders throughout the opportunity pursuit process

  • Ability to use other IT applications

  • BA or BS degree
