Program Manager, Senior

Key Role:

Maintain oversight and responsibility for complex or high risk programs or projects. Lead a team through all phases, including concept, development, implementation, and closeout. Oversee the work breakdown structure, critical path, and change control. Supervise staff and analyze budgets, schedules, and project operations. Ensure required resources are available. Serve as a liaison with the program or project sponsor, customers, and other stakeholders. Maintainprimary responsibility for program growth.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with program and staff leadership

-Experience with serving as the primary interface between contractor staff and government CO/COTR

-Experience with identifying and delivering proactive solutions to improve contractor performance and internal processes, including the use of automated tools to improve overall contract efficiency

-Ability to recruit and staff teams to ensure continuous service

-Ability to enforce work standards, including assigning schedulesand resolving work discrepancies

-Ability to propose and collect meaningful metrics to report on contract status and execution

-Ability to ensure all services are delivered and all tasks are performed within established program guidelines and budgets

-Ability to support clients in planning and evaluating future business requirements, including feasibility assessments, cost and resource estimates, and scheduling

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to teammates

-Experience with delegating duties and responsibilities to ensure the efficient execution of work efforts

-Experience with leading in a challenging environment with minimal reliance on others

-Experience with supervising both contractors and sub-contractors

-Experience with managing contracts, including budgets, LOE hour estimates, periods of performance, swing, and award fees

-Experience in consulting, including a passion for solving client challenges

-Experience with mentorship and staff development

-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

-Ability to be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision

-Ability to liaise with external partners
