Program Office Liaison

Key Role:

Provide project management support toward the delivery of next generation cyber capabilities and services to a multitude of federal agency clients. Facilitate discussions with key stakeholders on project status, working sessions, technical exchange meetings, and milestone reviews. Provide input to executive-level reports delivered to clients around schedule, scope, and quality metrics and service objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with program or project management work in an IT environment, including schedule management and scope management

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, and collaborative environment

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience leading the technical delivery of solutions

  • 1+ years of experience with project management working directly with the DHS CDM program

  • 1+ years of experience engaging DHS CDM agency stakeholders on an ongoing basis

  • 1+ years of experience working with technical teams performing design or non-production deployment activities related to Forescout, Tenable, Carbon Black App Control or Splunk

  • Experience working with the Department of Energy (DOE)

  • Experience with cyber technologies and capabilities such as asset management, continuous monitoring, incident response, cloud and mobile capabilities, on-going assessment, network access control, and threat hunting

  • Experience with FEDRAMP, ISCM strategy, FISMA compliance, and other cyber policies

  • Experience with clearing multiple systems engineering lifecycle gates

  • Security+, CISSP, or CISM certification

  • PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 project management certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
