Program/Project Manager

Key Role:

Serve as a member of the firm's Ethics & Compliance (E&C) Project Management Office (PMO). Provide project management and consultative support to large, complex, or highly-visible projects within the Legal, Ethics & Compliance (LE&C) Department. Help guide cross-functional project teams within LE&C across the full project management lifecycle from initial concept through implementation, including working collaboratively with the respective leads to scope the effort, define workstreams, activities and deliverables, develop project plans and other program documentation, monitor project status, facilitate status reviews and prepare or help to present interim and final deliverables and briefings to senior leadership and external stakeholders. Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the effort, including a focus on a 50/50 split supporting the LE&C Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) project and the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) team in Corporate Governance. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with providing project management support and direction to cross-functional project teams

  • 3+ years of experience as a management consultant, including gathering data and input from multiple stakeholders, conducting analyses, and appropriately developing or applying various strategic and analytic frameworks

  • Experience with motivating and mediating to achieve success project completion

  • Experience with Microsoft products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Visio and PowerPoint, and Teams

  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects, and competing priorities simultaneously

  • Ability to build realistic project plans and other program documentation, identify and mitigate risks, milestones, deliverables, and workstreams

  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and solve technical, administrative, and managerial problems

  • Ability to use Smartsheet

  • Ability to negotiate and diplomatically manage resources and soothe the inevitable conflicts that arise in large, multi-stakeholder projects

  • BA or BS degree in Business Administration or Management

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience in a dynamic and growing U.S. government contracting environment preferred

  • Knowledge of change management concepts or frameworks preferred

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
