That’s why we need you, a Program and Project Management Specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.
On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of Global Defense Strategy. You’ll work with program leadership to review programs, operations calendars, and tactical planning using tools like Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, and PowerPoint, and regular interactions with SMEs, schedulers, customers, and project analysts. The real power of project management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely. You Have:
2+ years of experience with using Microsoft Office programs, including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Word, Outlook, OneNote, and PowerPoint
1+ years of experience hosting virtual events, including emcee responsibilities
1+ years of experience in using Microsoft Excel, including the maintenance of dynamic dashboards and pivot tables
Experience with detail-oriented work, including finding and correcting errors in written, digital communications
Knowledge of file management and digital organizational skills
Ability to create original documents, revise existing documents, and provide quality control
Ability to obtain information from multiple sources and multi-task
Ability to work well both independently and in a collaborative team environment
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
1+ years of experience working in government or defense contracting
1+ years of experience using Poppulo to send and schedule high-visibility communications
1+ years of experience in Power Automate, creating workflows to collect and update data
1+ years of experience using Webex to conduct meetings with 100+ attendees

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $45,400.00 to $93,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.EEO Commitment
