Project Controls Analyst, Lead

The Opportunity:

That’s why we need you, an experienced financial analyst who can show a team how to navigate the requirements, policies, and regulations that govern funding, to make sure the DoD resources can make the most impact. 

As a financial analyst on our team, you’ll oversee the creation of a financial management strategy to support a portfolio of DoD contracts. You will develop an actionable plan, using standard Project Controls Organization (PCO) practices and firm guidelines, to provide end-to-end financial management support and help the Program Managers achieve contract financial goals.

You Have: 

  • 5+ years of experience with program control, program finance, or business operations support, including financial reporting, forecasting, variance analyses, pricing cost strategy support, such as Price to Win, and contract management

  • Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Excel

  • Knowledge of multiple contract types and the associated risks or benefits

  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations and Joint Travel Regulations

  • Secret clearance

  • HS diploma or GED and 9+ years of experience with financial management or in a financial program control environment, Associate's degree and 7+ years of experience with financial management or in a financial program control environment, or Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience with all contract types

  • Experience with FEDSIM

  • Ability to provide oversight to multiple close out procedures

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
