Project Controls Organization Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for a wide variety of detailed financial and administrative activities for relatively large or complex programs, organizations, or proposals. Anticipate and respond to customer needs and serve as a primary point of contact for customers, as needed. Apply expertise in program requirements. Recommend and develop techniques for estimating parameters for proposals. Analyze the preparation of budgets and budget expenditures, as needed. Provide work leadership to junior employees, as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

-7+ years of experience with providing program control or financial management support in a government contracting environment

-Experience with Microsoft Excel, advanced formulas, and its effective use in a financial tracking, analysis, and reporting environment

-Knowledge of FAR, GAAP, SEC compliance, and public company reporting

-Ability to be a team player, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing requirements

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in a management role

-Experience with different contract types

-Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

-Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

-Ability to manage competing top priorities

-Ability to identify, research, discuss, and resolve administrative and financial risks or issues with a team effectively

-Ability to learn and teach fundamentals related to the support of program management activities

-Ability to respond to directed assignments, think analytically, and comprehend financial implications of the business

-Possession of excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics
