Project Expeditor

Key Role:

Perform the coordination activities to support schedule and project management for a Cybersecurity program. Maintain responsibility for developing and maintaining a project schedule for respective tasks. Input and manage risks, schedule and task-related documentation in program risk register, and ensure risks are appropriately facilitated and communicated through various mediums, as defined by the program. Develop and update routine reporting documentation, to include weekly and monthly deliverables. Leverage best practices and program templates. Communicate with stakeholders, as needed, including supporting task lead with milestone management, documentation, and schedule variance. Coordinate with requirements analysts to document task-specific requirements, and update schedule accordingly. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with Project Management

  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Project or other scheduling tools, including building a project schedule from baseline 0

  • Experience with creating executive-level documentation, reports, whitepapers, and briefings

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, concurrently

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, and collaborative environment

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Cybersecurity technologies and systems engineering

  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree

Salary for this position is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements. The proposed salary range for this position is outlined below.

Colorado: $55,100 - $115,100 (annualized USD)

New York (including New York City): $58,600 - $140,700 (annualized USD)
