Key Role:

Produce creative, impactful, and effective graphic concepts and designs to a broad range of clients and audiences. Work closely with internal clients and subject matter experts at all levels to concept and identify key messages for complex proposals, corporate and proposal presentations, marketing communications, and a wide variety of creative deliverables. Review technical requirements for creative deliverables, establish the visual hierarchy of information in each graphic to ensure the audience understands the information and message, and ensure consistency within documents. Analyze and produce templates for oral presentations and proposal documents and ensure deliverables are accurate and technically compliant and visually appealing and effective. Capture new leads and business opportunities. Manage creative project schedules and ensure the final product is delivered on time and within budget. Collaborate with all roles in Creative Studio and manage external contractors for creative and proposal support.  

Basic Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience with concepting and delivering high impact and innovative proposal graphics for government clients
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with Live sketch design
• Possession of excellent problem-solving, organizational, prioritization, and customer relationship skills
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
