RFS IT Project Manager

As a project manager, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by leading a team. Our client will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for leadership as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As a leader in cybersecurity, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. This is your chance to impact cybersecurity while sharing your knowledge and expertise of program management methodologies. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience with program or project management work in an IT environment, including financial management, schedule management, risk management, scope management, and staff planning
  • Experience with leading a team of at least 3 diversely skilled engineers, architects, requirements analysts, test engineers, and other IT or cyber practitioners
  • Experience with developing and managing executive-level documentation, reports, whitepapers, proposals, and briefing
  • Experience with analyzing project-specific financial metrics to conduct accurate financial forecasting and projections, and monitoring actuals against plan
  • Knowledge of various system engineering lifecycle methodologies, including waterfall, spiral, and Agile
  • Ability to demonstrate a proven track record of successful delivery of large scale, complex, and enterprise-wide systems and solutions
  • Ability to lead discussions with various stakeholders to conduct strategic planning, define business objectives, prioritize goals, and mitigate risks
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with cyber technologies and capabilities, including Continuous Monitoring, data integration, hardware asset management, and Enterprise Mobility Management solutions
  • Experience with cyber policies, including FEDRAMP, ISCM strategy, and FISMA compliance
  • Experience with Enterprise Mobility Management tools, Splunk, and ElasticSearch
  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • PMP, Security+, CISSP, or a related Certification

The salary for this position will be determined based on various factors. The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 120,000 to 150,000.
