Salesforce Product Owner, Senior

The Challenge:

When an organization adopts a new tool, such as Salesforce, it can be difficult for them to integrate their current mission and business processes with the Salesforce technology. If they want to learn how to become more efficient and successful, they need a consultant who will take the time to examine their end-to-end processes and provide recommendations and guidance for adapting to their new tool to achieve the highest return on investment (ROI) possible. That’s why we need you.

As a Salesforce product owner and business process consultant on our team, you’ll analyze your client’s current Salesforce operating environment, identify areas for improvement, and help build a process improvement roadmap. You will facilitate virtual and in-person discussions with Salesforce leadership, business analysts, requirements managers, project managers, platform developers, operations and maintenance staff, and external organizations and vendors to help refine your client’s definition of success. You will work with Salesforce stakeholders to review and validate new requirements for tool behavior then monitor the development, testing, and deployment of new feature update sets. You will also help identify and validate system bugs then conduct research to help implement solutions that endure. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
