Security Administrator, Junior

Key Role:

Serve as a part of the Booz Allen Hamilton corporate security division, including administering U.S. government security policies and procedures as they relate to Classification Management. Process subcontract companies for DD Form 254s. Interact with Program Managers, Task Leads, and Facility Security Officers to understand and implement contract security specifications. Work with offices of various departments and agencies across a variety of contracts to review documentation for accuracy and completeness. Support the integration of NCCS, ACCS, and any other future automated DD254 process into the centralized Classification Management program. Act as a team player, exhibit flexibility, set priorities, manage client expectations in a fast-paced environment, handle assigned tasks individually, and perform additional Security duties as assigned. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience working as a security specialist supporting the NISPOM and other DoD collateral security guidelines

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe

  • Ability to handle multiple initiatives concurrently

  • Ability to learn policies and procedures, including NISPOM, DoD directives, EOs, and ICDs

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with personnel and industrial security

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Possession of excellent customer service, organization, and interpersonal skills

  • Bachelor's degree 

  • Completion of DSS courses, Personnel Security Management, and Introduction to DoD Personnel Security Adjudication

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 48,150 to 80,190 Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
