Key Role:
Support in-depth research and analysis, training and facilitation design, and advisory and assistance services related to defense institution building projects and engagements with senior partner nation representatives. Participate as part of a broad team composed of government staff. Work with the firm's staff to design and implement institutional capacity building activities with designated partner nations.
Basic Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience with civilian or military representatives for security or defense organizations of foreign nations at the operational or strategic levels
-Experience with military and defense functional areas, including defense strategy and policy, human resource management, acquisition or operational logistics, resource management, programming or budgeting practices, maritime security, border security, intelligence integration, organizational design, or force development
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-MA or MS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-20+ years of experience in a professional work environment preferred
-Experience with military or diplomatic work preferred
-Ability to show fluency and regional expertise in an area of interest preferred
-Ability to demonstrate proficiency in languages appropriate to areas of expertise preferred
-Secret clearance preferred
-PhD degree preferred
