Security Education Specialist, Mid

Key Role:

Participate on a team dedicated to security education, engagement, and communications across all levels of the firm and its business and maintain responsibility for helping to support and expand the Security Awareness program. Create and support communications, presentations, marketing material, training roll outs, and events and use internal social media platforms. Build relationships with cross-departmental partners to improve the quality of security awareness training and ensure corporate branding. Ensure program compliance with industry standards and regulations, including implementation, support, and tracking of security awareness activities, plan and execute security awareness events, including Webcasts, in person, recordings, and telephonic presentations, and bring new and creative ideas and energy to the existing program.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with planning and organizing corporate events and work under deadlines

-Experience with using Microsoft Office 365, PowerPoint, and SharePoint in a corporate environment

-Experience with creating presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint for leadership and executive-level audiences

-Ability to adapt to frequent change in a fast-paced work environment

-Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

-Ability to collaborate with a team and deal with others in a positive manner

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-HS diploma or GED required

Additional Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience with industrial, DoD, or intelligence community security

-Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator

-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

-Top Secret clearance preferred
