Job Description
Key Role:
Harness creativity in developing a culture of cyber mindfulness that extends beyond the workplace. Develop and recommend timely and engaging cyber awareness content, promoting a cybersecurity-focused culture. Provide insights and recommendations on the development of cyber threat awareness messages, end user awareness training, and the development of phishing simulations. Follows set processes on uploading cyber awareness news articles on firm platforms, for end user consumption. Collaborate with team members and other key stakeholders across multiple functions providing updated, actionable awareness content for firmwide and targeted dissemination. Assist in the development of security awareness materials for firmwide and targeted end user consumption. Engage with end users regarding questions or requests from a shared inbox or on firm collaborative platforms. Participate in collaborative meetings with cyber operations team supporting the development of cyber news for timely and effective communications across the firm. Assist the tracking and updating of phishing tool vendor support tickets. Support the enrollment of end users into remedial training. Provide input on the customization of phishing simulations and development of target groups within phishing tool. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with cybersecurity awareness best practices
Knowledge of basic cybersecurity terms and processes
Knowledge of effective communication strategy and techniques
Ability to learn complex environments and new processes
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Ability to perform in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment
Ability to learn quickly and apply new information correctly
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $49,800.00 to $102,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
